I wonder if anyone out there can help me?

I'm currently working with a team which is utilising the Investors in
People programme here in the UK. Consequently, I'm looking for
information on Investors in People, particularly concerning it's
relationship with the ideas of Learning Organizations. Has IIP been
linked with LO's? Are there any articles? Any success stories?
