Open Space Workshop, August 12-16, 1997
Now in its fourth year, this workshop is an opportunity for business
leaders, consultants and trainers to learn to use "Open Space Technology"
to bring about positive change in their organizations. The workshop will
be led by concept originator and author, Harrison Owen. It will be held on
Mount Desert Island, Maine.
Open Space is recognized internationally as an innovative approach to
creating whole systems change and enhancing human performance. It is used
in organizations world-wide to create shred vision, new product ideas,
marketing strategies, customer service strategies and implemention plans.
At the end of the four-day workshop, participants will have the practical
skills and personal experience to conduct their own Open Space events.
