TEN STEPS FOR ESTABLISHING A LO IN YOUR WORKPLACE
1. Spend vast amounts of money on analysis of the value of LO formation.
2. Encourage management to randomly select any method to achieve an LO.
3. Wait five to seven months (or until the next senior manager reads an
airline magazine article about the next management trend beyond LO's.)
4. Give up because this thing isn't working.
5. Repeat steps 1-4.
6. Repeat steps 1-4.
7. Repeat steps 1-4.
8. Repeat steps 1-4.
9. Change management.
10. Repeat steps 1-9.
