Replying to LO13216 --

Richard Seel offers a beautiful message and more food for thought in his
post LO13216. I'm especially interested in one observation Richard makes:

> Something extra may be needed to enable a paradigm shift, and that
> extra may need to work on the non-rational or spiritual level.

Might this "extra" be that which religion has deemed a "state of grace",
or blessing? Might this be akin to what Deming has coined a "System of
Profound Knowledge"? Is this enlightenment from without or from within?
Is it something one can have some control over, or which comes
un-announced?

That major paradigm shift Richard mentions as required by Jesus' followers
BEFORE coming to grips with the potential is something we humans deal with
each and every day. Those "attractors" may make the shift more easily than
others but, if Einstein is correct and systems cannot observe themselves
as if from outside themselves, that something extra must be coming from
somewhere outside ourselves, at least our CONSCIOUS selves. How then to
tap into this pool of potential, that is one more question.
