1. My name is Sergio Balandrn, and I am a management student at The
Universidad de las Amricas-Puebla. This is my seventh semester, and I am
working on a final research project about Organizational Learning.

2. I obtained your e-mail address on the Learning Organization
Mailing List and Archive;

3. I would like to know if you would be kind enough to take some
time of your busy schedule to answer three of my questions.

3.1. How it can we apply the Organizational Learning Theory to other
groups beside organizations such family, school and government?

3.2. What is the relation of the Organizational Learning to the
General Theory of Systems?

3.3. What is the relation of the Organizational Learning to the
Organizational Development?

4. Also I would appreciate if you put me in contact with others who
could help me, or if you know the names of magazines or some pages on the
web about this.

5. Thank you a lot for taking the time to read my message, and for
considering to give me some information.
