Alan:

Barry Oshry recently wrote SEEING SYSTEMS: Unlocking the Mysteries of
Organizational Life. I've seen him conduct a workshop; he is excellent.
He comes highly recommended too by both Len Schlesinger and Rosabeth Moss
Kanter at Harvard Business School and many illustrious others. Check out
the book, but I would also recommend doing a search on other published
works of his.
