I have only just started to recognize the power of story telling. Recently
I viewed a video " Susan Miller Hurst Coming to the edge " Susan tells
many stories through this video. One that provided me oportunity to shake
up my thinking skills involved a four year old child wanting to spend time
alone with his new infant brother. Mother was understandably concernd with
allowing this and at first resisted. Mother at last gave in and allowed
the four year old to enter the babies room alone. Mother did however turn
on the baby monitor and listened from the next room. The four year old
approached the crib and asked of his baby brother " Tell me about god
because I'm forgetting "
