Sounds interesting to me.

I am currently doing an Honours thesis on Software Process Improvement and
its relationship with "learning organisations". I am looking to understand
whether the two are similiar in so far as ;

1. are the motivations for continuous learning in SPI similiar to "LO"
2. organisational structures and the fit of SPI
3. shared learning, ie.one of Senge's visions
4. managements role etc..

I would be interested in reading your report and furthering my
understanding of the topic(s).

thanks in advance

pat

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I had to kill
because they pissed me off.
