If memory serves me correctly, waiting in line at any bank, amusement
park, or grocery store is an excellent exercise in self-organization.
Moreover, the dynamics of waiting in line have been studied at great

Waiting in line is easily understood and the variables can be modified in
any number of inexpensive exercises.
