Hello!
This is a question in my mind.

How can IT (Information Technology) affect organizational learning?

According to Huber (1991), there are four categories of organizational
learning.
They are knowledge acqusition, information distribution, information
interpretation, and organizational memory.
I guess IT influences each category, reepectively.
Or, IT does in the other way.
But, so far, I have no systematic idea.
If you have some idea, please let me know.
Thanks.
