Thank you for the story on Procrustius, I loved it. I think you address a
critical issue: sometimes we are eager to take on a crusade to change
policies or behaviours before wondering if the change we propose is a
"global" (for everybody) or "local" (for ourselves) better way to do
things. Thanks for your reflective gift to us.
