IMO this hits the mark very well... if we tell people why, they get
involved, and they feel like part of a process. But too often, training
involves in only telling people the how, what, when and where... and lacks
the why! This may be why a lot of IT training fails, and the integration
of new technology in organizations doesn't lead to the advances one would
expect!

I'd be interested in hearing who the speaker was! Sounds interesting!
