The classic on Learning styles is Peter Honey. He has a
raft of materials (including a book that guides a manager
through using particular activities to spark learning in the
various styles). Best of all the questionnaire that
determines learning style can be copied and used as often as
you want when you buy one.
Unfortunately his detailed contact info is making its way
across the pond in my goods and chattels from England (I've
just relocated here in the US), but his office is around the
Maidenhead, Berkshire area of the UK. The international
