Greetings,I am putting together a management assessment and
development process for my company, probably using outside
resources for the tools and instruments and internal
assessors.

My question is the age old one; how do we measure results of
the processes at level 4 (organisation). I have some ideas
looking at the outputs of the processes (rather than the
inputs - bottoms on seats for a length of time, etc.) but
would appreciate any guidance from people who have
implemented similar programmes and have had the opportunity
of demonstrating their effectiveness to senior management.

As this is a greenfield exercise for the company, the result
areas need to be as quantifiable as possible; the hearts and
minds angle can perhaps be phased in at a later time.

Regards,

Ryder Jones
