I trust you are up to speed on the current literature, the leading
companies which have implemented chief learning officers, and the learning
org. sites on the web. If not, you need to do your homework.

Are you specifically asking for the opinions of laypersons? Are you
searching for additional case studies? Try to be a little more specific
with your request. Also, who is your audience? It makes a great
difference for what information will be appropriate.
