I have just purchased and read a book
"Influence Without Authority" by Allan R. Cohen and
David L. Bradford (Authors of "Managing for Excellence")
published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

I would like to seek comments, observations,
experience, critique .. from members of this LO list,
to those principles, examples, methodology .. proposed
by the authors. (i.e. for those who have read the book
or heard comments from others about the contents of the
book).

Personally I believe that Influencing SKILLS are essential
in this world of fast change towards a greater Vision that
will be / can be shared by many.

If anyone of you know the eMail address of the authors,
I appreciate your introduction.
