The sixth annual University of North Texas Advanced Concepts
Conference on Work Teams will focus on the topic of Team Performance
Management. Papers which address the topics of training and
development, performance measurement, and compensation are invited
for review. The papers should be conceptual in nature, such as
theory work. Empirical information may be used to illustrate
the theoretical concepts and relationships, but not as the central
focus of the work.
The Review Process
1. A two page abstract of the proposed paper must be received by
July 1, 1997.
2. Abstracts will be reviewed and a formal invitation for complete
paper submissions will be made by July 15.
3. Invited papers will be due September 30. Authors selected from a
final review will be invited to present at the Advanced Concepts
Conference in Dallas in May of 1998.
4. Conference papers which meet publication guidelines will included
in volume 6 of the JAI Press series: Advances in Interdisciplinary
Studies of Work Teams.

1. Two page abstract of the proposed paper.
2. Bio of each author.
3. Contact information for each author. (i.e., Name, Affiliation,
Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail).
