Suppose you will attend a one hour seminar on effective communication. If
you are 30 years old that means the total time spent equals only 2 /
10,000ths of a percent of your lifespan. Just how much do you expect to
change what you practiced and absorbed in the other 99.9998 % by what you
hear, see and do in that one hour?
