To Harvey Morley Re: measuring organizational culture

I have used the OCI with teams, departments, and full divisions of a large
organization. It provides a fine frame for both understanding current
culture and for defining desired changes.

The OCI--Organizational Culture Inventory-- has a companion tool, the
LSI--Leadership Skills Inventory--that uses the same model. (I've been a
listener on this board for several months but have not yet introduced
myself. I am Brigid Bechtold, an organizational development consultant
and student in human and organizational systems at The Fielding Institute
in Santa Barbara. I joined this board because I'm studying human learning
and motivation; the sources and references have been particularly helpful
to me.)

Let me know if you need more information on the OCI.
