John,

Maybe it's the label. AT ALL. I agree with this if you use the
traditional format. However, what mechanism would you suggest to create a
dialogue between members and if you didn't label it in the traditional
sense, what would you call it.

I don't think we can just post numbers (metrics/feedback) somewhere and
expect people to take the appropriate action without a load of
assumptions-in the perfect world, maybe-and loads of learning development,
special leadership, etc.

Tell me I'm wrong, but most companies aren't where they can discard
constructive dialogue and some of that dialogue needs to be on a regular
basis and some of it needs to be one to one, face to face, now what do you
call it?
