My name is Jim Herrington. I am the leader of a group called Union
Baptist Association. Our association provides consulting services to
congregations in the greater Houston area. The services focus on helping
congregations transform from traditional churches to learning
organizations. I also serve as convener for an annual think-tink composed
of leaders who provide the same services in the 20 of the largest cities
in the country.
I am interested in two things: (1) connecting with others in Texas who
are seeking to help congregations with learning organization issues; and
(2) learning from others who are seeking to teach people the skill of
dialogue.
