Good morning. I have read about learning organizations, and have for
years tried to put into practice many of the principles therein. But I n
have just found the listserv and am delighted to be a part of the
conversation.

I am a Professor of Communication, and work with organizations in higher
education (as well as other parts of the nonprofit world and
congregations). I am quite interested in hearing from others who have
applied the Learning Organizations work to higher education.

I look forward to the conversations.
