I have received numerous requests for an article I've published on how to
create results-based measures for work teams and their members. The
article describes a model for approaching team measurement, a seven-step
process for carrying it out, and one example of its application. Perhaps
you would find it useful in your team evaluation and team performance
management efforts.

If anyone on the list would like a copy, I would be happy to email them
one.
