Schools as Learning Organizations: Culture LO14682

I am currently engaged in a doctoral thesis entitled "The School as a
Learning Organization: From Theory to Practice".

I have just completed the first draft of a chapter entitled, "School
Culture: Built-in or Bolt -on?", where I have attempted to explore the
definition of organizational culture and how it relates to the notion of
schools as learning organizations. The chapter is just over 5000 words
long. I would be happy to send a copy of the chapter downline to any
members of the list. Feedback would be much appreciated.
