Vivencial technique LO14712

Hello! I'm a brazillian psychologist. I want to know about vivencial
techniques in LO. Actually, I was planning a course to develop work group
and I want to use some task work that require strong individual and team
skills to translate it, into better team relationship, group dynamics and
cooperation.

Does anybody have a successful experience to share with me? I'll love to
receive some ideas!!!
