Replying to LO14818 --

To Bill in L014818 regarding creating a learning organization and getting
buy-in.

First - Good luck! You've got a short time frame. I have a similar
challenge for my organization but a longer lead time. While the following
are not specific to the role of the CLO, you may find them helpful in your
process:

ASTD book: Creating the Learning Organization
Case studies with info on what went right and why things went wrong.

Sloan Management Review: Summer 96 issue esp. P. 83

Again, best wishes to you.
