Announcing the formation of PEERLEARN, a global learning group to assist
individuals responsible for creating, planning, evaluating and/or
facilitating peer-to-peer learning networks. Such learning networks may
exist within private, public or educational sectors and typically bring
together (face-to-face and/or virtually)individuals who have similar
responsibilities, challenges, opportunities, needs or interests.

PEERLEARN will focus on sharing practical, useful information to help
create opportunities for peers to learn from each other. Initially, the
group will form through an Internet e-mail list. Future plans may include
opportunities to meet in person.

Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message space, type:
"Subscribe PEERLEARN"

One of VHA's core services is providing learning and networking
opportunities for the more than 1,500 VHA health care organizations.
Hosting this group will foster improved learning and networking
opportunities for individuals in all industries.

Please send a copy of this message to anyone who is involved in
peer-to-peer learning opportunities and who might want to join this
discussion group.
