The ASTD (see contact information below) might be a good place to start.
Annual dues are about $150. One excellent free service they provide
members is a literature search. They will conduct the search and provide a
comprehensive list of articles/books/papers on the subjects you choose.
You can then order reprints of full text articles (cost and availability
depends on the source), order the books (some from ASTD but if you haven't
yet found www.amazon.com, go there now) or seek out the full text versions
yourself.
