I believe this is true, "the enemy is not out there!" I find myself
struggling with this in two ways.
I struggle to discipline myself to look to my behaviour and ask how am I
contributing to the situation.
The second struggle might be seen in the question, If the enemy is out
their, why do we have a police force? Another way of asking the question
is if what is wrong is internal to me, why am I interested in changing my
organization?
