would anyone be willing to recommend a good resource - books or articles -
for establishing ground rules and boundaries for cross-functional teams.
perhaps a resource with case history examples of teams that have worked
and those that haven't; what to be cautios of; what are issuesfor use of
cross-functional teams for persons from the various levels represented.
i'm working internally and cross functional teams have been established
without any discussion of what power for effecting change the teams wil l
be given.
