We are trying to identify outstanding examples of the following:

1. Organisations that have succeeded in developing a truly creative
climate which has had an impact at all levels of the organisation

2. Organisations in the financial services community who have used large
group techniques (Open Space, Search etc.) to encourage creativtiy and
learning / accelerate change

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
