Looking for LO Resources LO15275

I want to incorporate some videotapes and, perhaps a simulation/game, into
some workshops on organizational learning that I am conducting (workshops
range from 3 hours to 3 days) and am wondering if anybody can suggest some
good resources. Any suggestions for the following would be greatly
appreciated:

(1) A video that does a good job of introducing and describing LOs in
general. I have Pegasus Communications' catalogue and they have an
overwhelming number of videos....but which would serve my purpose best?

(2) A video good for a short session on mental models, dialogue skills,
etc.

(3) Simulations/games. I know something about what's available (Beer
game, Friday night at the er, People's Express, etc.) but would love to
hear from people about specific uses, your experiences with, reactions to,
and recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

Regards, Claire
