Hi all,
I am posting this note on behalf of a colleague who is requesting some
help with the launch of her company's new vision and values. The
company here in Australia is a subsiduary of a large American
organisation, and these new corporate values have been initiated from
the US, and now need to be expressed globally. In essence, she is
looking to facilitate some activities or similar to help to convey the
meaning of these new values. I think it is fair to say that these
concepts will not be hard for the management team to understand or
accept, as the organisation has already been practising such
philosophies over the past few years.

If you have some ideas or past experiences that you think she would
benefit from, I am sure she would appreciate it! Please email her
direct at jocrack@ozemail.com.au. I have listed below some of the
email she sent to me describing her task.

toned down to 36 people, so the activity I needed for it has taken on
a different personality. I have now gone from hiring 6 yachts, each

more intellectual. Do you have something in that creative mind of
yours that may help? The people going are a mix of Senior, State and
airport and City managers. I am looking more for a game, like human
chess, to communicate the importance and meaning of the values. The
Values are:

> > Quality
> > Respect for the Individual
> > Community Responsibility
> > Shareholder Value.

movie did you see?

Once again, thanks in advance for your help. Please email any ideas
you may have to Joanne Cracknell - jocrack@ozemail.com.au.

Leanne
