Simon said in LO15328

>For me, dependence on other people is neither a good thing, nor a necessary
>thing.

I am I believe reading this out of context but I have a deep reaction to
the words.

We are living in a time in industrial nations where we are totally
dependant on the people around us. We live by faith in the systems every
day. I depend on my neighbor for beard and all forms of food on farmers I
do not know on sales people and delivery people and road workers just to
make it to the door of my house.

We are so dependant on the team of unknowns working together it is
impossible to image existing alone.

The teams in a company are a simple refinement of the team work that
exists in industrial nations. Each team have a well defined but evolving
purpose that tells us all what to do. Every day is a struggle to define
and adjust purpose so I can fit into the teamwork that makes our life
style possible for all of us.
