Hello there, I am trying to work out how to maximize the usefulness of and
satisfaction from collaboration.

Perhaps this has something to do with the optimal balance between physical
and electronic transactions. Clearly, social relations require more
face-to-face whereas business relations can be carried out remotely. This
impacts on teleworking, where people can get "out of the loop" if too few
person-to-person informal contacts occur. I am thinking that input
generation ie. idea creation, new learning could be generated locally and
then shared collaboratively to get feedback, insight and perspective.

Any ideas??!!

Regards sincerely Simon Buckingham
