Your thinking about the differences between Learning Org and Evaltalk is
very interesting. I enjoy lurking in both groups and have done so for
years. The differences I see is that Evaltalk is much more academic and
future possibility driven while Learning Org is work place and here/now
driven.

Like you, I mean no criticism of either. When I need to "evaluate and fix"
in the next 48 hours LO responses meet my needs much better. When I have
some time and resources the ideals and thinking which flow out of evaltalk
are better. My evidence for this is only anecdotal and pertains only to
me.

Are there other folks who partake in both listserv, what do you think?

[Host's Note: Evaltalk is another mailing list operated by the American
Evaluation Association. I don't know any specifics. ...Rick]
