As part of our efforts to assist employee development, we are evaluating
"competency systems". These programs track employee education needs and
assist in the administration of filling these needs. I would appreciate
any references to systems with which anyone has had either position or
negative experiences. I am also interested in the process you used to
implement these systems and the criteria you used to select one.
