I have yet to read a post here by someone who wants to avoid, disable, or
destroy a learning organization. Obviously, that is because this group is
composed of people for whom such ideas would be unthinkable. Perhaps
ideas themselves exist in a Darwinian state, competing for survival in the
environment of the human mind. What this would mean is that any idea
which seems intuitively obvious has adapted best to the environment. But
what environment are we facing in the minds of those who do not find the
concepts of the learning organization either obvious or desirable?
