Great question. Thanks for your honesty. It seems to me that linked to
faith is the question of authority. In my understanding faith is our
response, call it submission if you will, to some form of authority. (It
seems to me that the word submission is a nasty word in our independence
prone culture but I don't know of another better word. ) The authority may
be in your feelings, past experiences, positional authority of those in an
organization or relational authority of someone who cares or who has gone
before and knows the way. When we recognise we need to make a choice, we
respond by faith. It is our gift to authority. How does that sound?

It also seems to me that your opennes in a group would then provide the
foundation for finding a common process for how the team could work
together and create a format for dialogue in the group. Thanks,
