John Zavacki asked, responding to Simon Buckingham:
>> It defines knowledge workers as those who "create, transform and
>> process information all day, every day".
> SO, who does that leave out?
It leaves out all that is not informtion. (This would be nothing if
information is everything, but in this case "information" is not a useful
word.)
It leaves out material, ideas, money.
Material is processed by "traditional" workers, ideas and money by
everyone. (Exceptions confirm the rule.)
