LO and beholders:

If the LO List membership is a virtual learning organization, might it be
possible to consider objectives for 1998. The goals of the list have been
set out by Rick.

Discussion now follows the issues presented. The content quality and
interaction on this list is higher than any other list I participate in,
so another year of the "flow" may be productive. But, could there be
conscious tracks like personal mastery or other topics. A plan to cover
certain topics might even have to be reviewed quarterly in response to the
flow.

In twelve months we would then be in a position to evaluate our personal
learning and perhaps some concensus thoughts about these topics which
would be reminders for ourselves and instructive to others.

P.S. Merry Christmas and a Happy Digital New Year to all. Heartfelt thanks
to Rick for managing this wonderful list.

[Host's Note: thanks, Tom! I would be very happy for goals and objectives
of the list to be discussed. ...Rick]
