Electronic netmedia and LO? LO16375

Why is this not a key question in the debate and in the literature about
LO? How does organizations utilize the communication and the learning
processes through electronic Netmedia types like GroupWare,
Internet/extranet/intranet, chat, e-mail, newsgroups, bulletin boards etc.
What role does electronic netmedia play, and witch theoretic and practical
approach does organizations take to this matter? I would also appreciate
replies from organizations with practical experiences in this field.
