I've been lurking for some time now and wanted to join at the beginning of
the new year as part of my resolution to be more outspoken and visible
with my thoughts and views. My background is in both clinical psychology
and organizational development having consulted in the public and private
sector for about 15 years and maintained a private practice as a group and
individual therapist for 25 years. I run my own firm and do enjoy working
with colleagues on larger projects. My interests now are mainly
facilitating senior management team development, designing collaborative
research and integrating process management and learning organization
models in large work systems. I also am becoming very involved in the use
of short-term EEG-biofeedback to enhance critical thinking skills and as
the key component strategies for reducing injury compensation costs.
I greatly enjoy the dialogue on this list and will work to check in more
frequently to follow the flow of exchange.
