Steve,

Can you imagine a person without a mental model, seeing "truth" directly,
so to speak? Would you recognize such a person if you meet her?

The only chance I see to change (hopefully widen) my mental models is to
look at the world in the light of other peoples mental models as new
perspectives through dialogue.

I am wondering, whether you have learned anything by thinking about At's
seven essentialities or whether you are more involved in protecting your
own models. (Besides, your models are also very interesting for me and I
enjoy your writings very much, for example about living or not of
organisations.)

(Sorry for being so late with this, I just started to go through the mails
of the last weeks... still over 150 ahead...)

Best Regards, Winfried
