But doesn't this collective reliance on the use of "personal interests" or
as I threaded earlier, the use of heuristics (accurate or not) detract the
from becoming a learning org?
If one or more uses heuristics to lead them down the path of
decision-making, are we, as facilitators of the learning process, certain
that we're headed down the "right" path?
