Is there any evidence that Sylvania is a well managed company? Or are they
just fight for survival.
I agree. Ranking will be disruptive and inhibit cooperation as well as set
up a destructive competition. People will strive to look good to the
manager, a great waste of time.
I have seen poorly run evaluation systems set up mistrust that lasted for
years after the practice was stopped.
