My name is Joseana - I am brazilian - , I study and work at Human
Resources and Quality areas. I follow this discussion list for at about 6
months and now I need some help:

I am looking for cases of Universities/schools that are apllying TQM, or
any other kind of Quality techniques in their management in EUA or Brazil
(mainly).

I am having difficulties to find it in the Web.
If anyone can help me I would appreciate so much.
