Perhaps what's alive are the RELATIONSHIPS in the organization.
Relationships progress through stages such as vitality, commitment,
friendship, determination, appreciation, spirit, trust, consideration,
support and loyalty that bring them to greater levels of durability. When
an organization provides a framework which support these relationships -
then there is a sense that the organization itself has taken on a vitality
that transcends its nominal structure of functional relationships,
buildings and offices.
