Background information. We are a service organization, a conference
serivice department. We are part of a 2 year community college. Currently
we have a traditional structure, director (myself), managers, and
supervisors. The goal would be to focus more attention on the concept of a
team approach to providing customer service. In fact we work that way now
it's just that we aren't structured that way. We are still top down
directed and it does cause some problems.
I'm looking for some good references on "how to." Time frame is limited
and I have to move fast. Any suggestions or ideas would help.
