Please note the following preview workshop of The Flying Starship group
simulation for organizational change:

For the first time in the Phila. / Del. Valley region, you will be able to
experience a preview version of the newly redesigned Flying Starship
simulation and discover how it is effectively utilized to support
organizational development and change.

WHAT IS THE FLYING STARSHIP?
This group simulation, initially designed by Bill Lytle and Marv Weisbord
(Block Petrella Weisbord), is an easily adaptable, hands-on and enjoyable
group learning experience used effectively in organizations world-wide for
nearly a decade.

Uses of The Flying Starship:
- To gain better awareness of the issues dealing with change/transformation
- To help leaders and employees better understand the cultural and
leadership issues involved in
organizatinal change, and in their own needs for control.
- To help organizations to better understand what is needed to create a high
performance
organization.
- To better understand what is involved in moving to a team-based and/or
more process-oriented
organizational structure.
- To analyze what is needed in redesigning jobs and in redesigning work and
quality processes.
- To gain a better understanding of what is needed to continuously improve
quality and to be more
customer and market focused.
- To focus on team buiding and effectiveness, and issues in self-directed
teams.

center city Phila.,
northern Delaware, and South Jersey; 1-1/2 hours from North
